kkies am actually waiting for library to open. they open only at 8am.. but then suddenly i change my mind.. lazy to walk over haha plus kf nicely lend me his textbook so i no need to go library amd borrow RBR yippee!

tried quite alot of diff beer and the ginseng one is alil too exotic alr..dun like haha
i still like baron :D yesh there's a realli nice tavern there in their plant tt u wun expect a plant to have, moreover in a workplace. kkies so went ard listening to how beer is made/fermented and am reali impressed by the automated system and i realise tiger beer production rate is like wow! incredibly alot haha..the cans are like never ending coming in..topping up..sealed. cool~ den of course since this fieldtrip is related to my module: microbiology. prof started askinfg microb/envt eng questions to the tour guides and they're alil stunned. too technical alr.. haha quite amusing tho to see it cos our prof is like giving them a lesson :D opps. then at the end of the day some of my frenz were reali red lol
kkies so beer is made frm 4ingredients..malt/roast malt, hops(specially added for the bitter taste), enzymes and the lst one i can't remember. water? think so..haha then boiling the malt, making use of their husk for filtration and to obtain this sweet sugar solution, called wolt (prof say its an ugly name for such a nice solution lol). den fermemntation den..blah blah.. CO2 issue, waste issue... so many thing to do. oh and the sandbag located at the 'final' drain is reali alil cmi.. tts if a leakage reali occur :D overall fun trip.
