somehow the health check results have sort of 'alerted' some of my friends, making them want to check too and wondering if they'll follow into my footsteps but then such an alarming figure, i assume/hope it's rather hard to attain tho.
It's good to check but dun worry too much :D
for my case, tho i look healthy but considering that it's been awhile since i exercise regularly and the frequent splurge on food, so maybe that's the reason for this.
Somehow i'm quite pressured abt this, i think. Got to reali think twice when i feel like eating. No more 'mouth-itchy' stuff. Not sure wat can i eat or sld i eat? ytd i ate yong tau foo and pick mainly veggie and no chilli. its reali plain but still, it's food. Passing by the cafe, also cannot eat sigh i think now onli can eat from the uncle soup and yong tau foo liao
Fortunately before i got the results, i had kfc and mac breakfast! at tt point of time, eating wasn't a worry to me, now it is. You may feel that i'm getting alil paranoid but if u take in the fact that cholesterol can increase very fast but it takes alot to reduce it...then yar i've to start this 'reduce cholesterol' program -_- and exercise more. No procrastinating.
Then talking abt food, since i'm a die-hard fan of cha soba and brownie, i went to check it's content..

Ingredients° 100g cha soba, blanched and chilled in ice water
° finely shredded toasted nori, for garnish
° finely chopped spring onion (optional), for garnish
Cold Sauce° 8 dried kelps in knot
° 2 dried Chinese mushroom or shiitake mushrooms
° 2 thin slices ginger
° 375ml water
° ¾ -1 tablespoon sugar
° 30ml shoyu (Japanese soy sauce) or light soy sauce, or to taste
° 30ml mirin or 10ml cooking rice wine
Relatively safe ingredients, i sld say so. Still can eat quite abit there
sakae buffet is still OK! tho no egg.
kimchi sld be fine too if you focus on the cabbage part lol

lunch was like 'white carrot'(think it's radish) and it's on the bitter side. yucks and i've ate the whole big pot of it till i feel like puking :(
mum cooked it cos it's known to reduce cholesterol.... and more steamed fish to eat. sigh.
