Woke up especially early today. Dad called and after so many days, i finally went brisk walking with him. Fresh air, cool wind. All was dark and serene. Peace at heart. Dad was limping alil now and then. signs of old age which is really saddening to know of.
Why is it so hard to savor the fruits of one's labor?
Did the morning duties accordingly and was tempted to switch on the tv to watch cable tv at 7+am. but ended up engrossing in elvens, gnomes, dwarfs and shannara :p
Today was the day! Results released! Was procrastinating BUT jinghock sms and so i c;dn't resist it any longer... and meiy patiently waited for 9 to come and...still in 3rd class and a small comfort is that this sem's results can be considered as the best if i include the S/U haha. Expected to S/U indu WW and expected a B for fyp too. Pretty disappointing to have a B for is cos i sld think that's the lowest i can go. However, i reckoned that i've done what's within my limitations which at a point of time,i thought my limitations knew no boundaries and i was proven wrong the hard way but fortunately, SHE and HR had B+! A pleasant surprise but also a good ending to the long wait of the ultimate results. No longer do i have to wait for results to be out twice a year.
July 6 - Convocation! the official fullstop.
As for my peers, all remain in their respective hons level. and poor jh missed it by 0.04 but ben manage to pull thru to second upp :)
