surprise and surprise!
today, i surprise myself with the thought of not attending the last esesc meeting(considering that i've graduated alr so officially stepped down alr). It used to be difficult to let go as in just let the club runs by itself since there are so many capable pple..one less meiy wun cause much harm on the whole.. so i persist on for the 2nd mc. It was another enjoyable year and had a wonderful time planning all the various events and working with more ese frenz :) it feels like an ese community has been built even tho it is just within esesc and frenz of esesc but i'm satisfied with the current situation. It's near impossible to bond the entire community :)
So it's time to move on, time to stop worrying abt club stuff, time to "have some trust" in the nx comm lol. I'm not complaining abt the days whereby i spent almost every free moments thinking/wondering abt club matters..worrying if plans were feasible..wondering if any improvements can be made..wondering and wondering. u can call it 走火入魔， etc. In fact, i liked it as it keeps my mind occupied and focused.
So i shall let it go... but that's after settling the advisors issue :D
So lately, i've been thinking alot abt club related issues..
such as...
the role an advisor plays
the purpose of esesc
what esesc can giv to club members...
i always believe that a club sld not only be a platform for students to interact, most importantly, it should b a place for the students to learn sth :) Be it leadership skills, communication, developing their foresight, etc. So it sld present many opportunites for the students to achieve the abovementioned. However, it seems such opportunites are rather minimal. Minimal in the sense that major roles are always taken up by those labelled as "capable". The club is so big but those heading are only a handful. Of course, everyone wants a capable person to lead the planning team so that things can flow smoothly or so. BUT, there's a reason for having advisors (frankly speaking, there are many advisors to all the events lol), isn't it?
So why can't we giv opportunities to those potential ones? Being a leader and being led involves two different mindset and management style. If the club doesn't provide such then what is the difference between student club and those org. in the corporate level...moreover, we are not even thinking of earning big bucks so why the perfectionist style. ^.^

Am getting rather comfortable with staying at home everyday lately. Of course, i have to stress that it's during peaceful times :p
did some drawing and designing for my mum today. spent the whole afternoon on it and i felt really delighted doing it. Even household chores were becoming more bearable now(that's with the music blasting and having my own private space). sweeping/mopping/ironing/cooking/gardening,etc.
It's really enjoyable.
Studying the library books that i borrowed and getting overly excited over the wonders of adobe :p
it's just great to be alone or be left alone at home =)
i think i need such breaks.
and i think i can do just well with not catching up with frenz :x just msning will be sufficient. lol the technology now is so advanced. i can still stay connected despite being at home :)
but having said that, i'm going out tmrw night for dinner with sn, yy, kf. Haha...

anws, it feels really weird not to be worrying abt bidding anymore when everyone ard me is :D
