checked out SSC last night and realise they have many classes at a reasonably good rate. There's so many courses that i will like to join..mainly those which can help me lose weight or more imptly tone my body ^.^
yesh..regrettably, the figure reflected on the weighing scale is going to be disastrous(with a new first digit greeting me soon. keeping my fingers crossed) LOL

watched the news ytd and caught this really interesting show BUT it's in macau so i can't watch it!? shucks!
it's pretty amazing cos there's like a pool in the middle of the stage and their prep last for 2 years long. woah!
